1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GTM Executors website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
GTM Executors provides digital marketing, advertising, web development, creative, and related services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for campaign execution, respond to communications in a timely manner, make payments as per the agreed schedule, and provide necessary access and approvals for campaign implementation.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their campaigns. GTM Executors retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes campaign strategies, business data, and other non-public information.
7. Limitation of Liability
GTM Executors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as per the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
