Offline & Experiential
Event marketing covers the planning, production and on-site management of brand experiences (product launches, exhibitions, conferences and in-store activations) where the audience meets the brand in person.
Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually after a diagnostic. We will tell you what this costs, and whether it is the work you actually need.

Events are the highest-bandwidth marketing there is. An hour in a room with a prospect does what months of advertising cannot, which is precisely why the execution risk is so high: everything happens live, once, in front of the people you most want to impress.
We plan for what goes wrong. Vendor timelines with buffer, a run sheet everyone has, a contingency for the parts that historically fail, and someone accountable on site for each element. The creative matters; the operations decide whether anyone experiences it.
Scope
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins. This is the standard inclusion list for events, exhibitions & brand activations.
How we work
Leads, launch coverage, relationships or recruitment. The objective determines the format, and events designed without one are expensive parties.
Stalls and spaces built around how people actually move and where a conversation can start, not around a rendering that looks impressive.
Timings, owners and dependencies documented and distributed. Live events fail on coordination far more often than on creative.
Lead capture on the day and content produced from it. An event with no follow-up mechanism wastes most of what it generated.
Questions
These services share the same objective and are usually more effective run together than separately.
BTL (below-the-line) advertising is targeted, on-ground marketing (sampling, activations, promoter-led engagement and direct distribution) aimed at a specific audience in a specific place rather than at a mass audience.
Print and corporate branding covers the design and production of a business's physical materials (brochures, catalogues, stationery, signage and collateral) managed through to press-ready output.
ATL (above-the-line) and OOH (out-of-home) advertising uses mass-reach physical media (hoardings, transit branding, metro and mall displays) to build broad awareness across a city or region.
Video production covers the end-to-end creation of brand films, advertisements, product videos and social content: concept, script, shoot, edit and delivery in platform-ready formats.
A short conversation about your situation, what is working and what is not. No obligation, and you will get a straight answer about whether this is the right service for you.
