Strategy & Business Intelligence
Marketing analytics is the measurement layer that connects spend to outcome, implemented so the numbers are accurate, consented, and attributed to the channels that actually drove the result.
Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually after a diagnostic. We will tell you what this costs, and whether it is the work you actually need.

A surprising proportion of the analytics setups we inherit are measuring something other than what their owners believe. Conversions that fire on page load. Transactions counted twice. Consent implemented in a way that silently discards half the data. Every optimisation decision made on top of that is a guess wearing a number.
We rebuild measurement from the event schema up, verify each event end to end against a real transaction, and then make attribution honest, including being explicit about what cannot be attributed, which is more than most reporting admits.
Scope
Every engagement is scoped in writing before work begins. This is the standard inclusion list for analytics & reporting.
How we work
Each conversion is tested end to end against a real transaction. An unverified event is an assumption, and it is the assumption most likely to be quietly wrong.
Privacy compliance and measurement quality are not opposed. Consent mode and modelled conversions preserve most of the signal legitimately; a broken consent implementation loses it entirely.
Last-click is defensible for a same-session purchase and misleading for a six-month B2B cycle. The model follows the business, not the default setting.
Some channels genuinely resist attribution. Saying so explicitly is more useful than assigning them a number that looks precise and is not.
